Our next Wedding Fayre Open Day is Sunday 14th October 2018 12pm to 4pm
We have an excellent attendance record to our events with approx 100 brides
and around 400 people coming to our recent wedding fayres.
If you are interested in booking a stand at our next Wedding Fayre Open Day or being added to our supplier list please complete the ‘Supplier Registration’ form. Stands are limited to two per supplier type so we’ll email you to confirm availability.
Stands are £99
All stands include
6’x3’ table unless otherwise agreed
Access to a power supply (Exhibitors must bring a minimum 5m extension lead)
Free tea/coffee for exhibitors available from the bar
Put samples or leaflets in goody bags
White tablecloths are available to hire at £10 each
Set up from 10am on the day
Terms & Conditions - All exhibitors must:
park in the appropriate car park at least 30 minutes before the start
Put a cloth on your table
be set up and ready 30 minutes before the start
not pack up until the advertised finish time
make payment in full prior to the event
leave their stand clean and take all litter with them when they leave the event
be polite and friendly to all other exhibitors, venue staff and visitors on the day
not hand out cards/flyers for other companies that are not exhibiting
accept that payments are non refundable, even in the event that the event has to be cancelled. If the event is cancelled where possible we will allocate you a stand at our next wedding fayre.
